Privacy notice
The Secretariat of the Honorary Chairman of the Tisza Party is committed to protecting personal data. This notice explains what data we process and for what purposes under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller

Categories of personal data
- Contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional), message.
- Invitations and requests for honorary patronage: the contact person’s name, organisation and email address, together with the event’s name, date, venue and description.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process data solely to respond to enquiries, assess invitations or requests for honorary patronage, and maintain related contact. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form.
Data retention
We retain data for no more than one year after the matter is closed, after which it is deleted, unless legislation requires a longer retention period.
Data security
Data is stored in secure, access-protected cloud storage. Only authorised Secretariat staff have access. We do not disclose data to third parties or use it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing at any time, and may withdraw your consent at any time. Please send your request to titkarsag@elnokititkarsag.hu.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu) or seek a remedy before a court.
